Credits
Credits are valid for the period shown on the package you buy, starting from the date of payment. 1 credit generates 1 property report. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable. Generated reports remain available in your account after your credits expire.
The data
Reports reflect official Deeds Office records as supplied by our data provider at the time of generation. Records can lag recent transactions and may contain errors at source. The estimated market value is a statistical model, not a valuation. Nothing in a report is legal, financial or property-transfer advice; verify independently before transacting.
Fair use
Reports are for your own use. Automated scraping, bulk extraction or resale of report data is not permitted, and we rate-limit searches and report generation to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone.
